I had 2 heat/feature races last weekend and 2 heat/feature races the weekend before that, both at Barnesville. 2 weekends ago I qualified in 3^rd. In the heat race I passed 2^nd and finished there. In the feature race I couldn’t keep up with them and finished in 3^rd.

Last weekend I raced in box stock and animal divisional races. In box stock I qualified in 3^rd. In the heat race I messed up and fell behind and finished in 3^rd. In the feature race I passed 2^nd and on the last lap I made a pass for 1^st but it was unsuccessful and finished in 2^nd. We bought a new chassis (frame) and put it on before the weekend. It definitely helped as I was more competitive and had the fastest race lap. In animal we missed qualifying. In the heat race our motor stalled and we couldn’t finish the race. In the feature race the carberator came loose so we tightend the nut. But it came loose again so my dad just sent me out and told me to go slow so it wouldn’t come loose again. We finally finished the race.

I am looking forward to the national races this weekend at Barnesville. We have races 5 weekends in a row starting with last weekend.
